Melvin Mitchell has over 40 years of experience in training and education, currently serving as a Certified Instructor at LFE Institute since January 2010, where financial literacy education is provided to employees. Through accelerated learning principles, Melvin helps participants stretch paychecks, reduce debt, avoid financial pitfalls, and discover savings opportunities. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Trainer at Assurant Specialty Property, where Melvin contributed to curriculum design and company-wide training initiatives, and as a Trainer/Performance Technologist at Ameriquest Mortgage Services, focusing on comprehensive training for over 1,000 associates. Melvin's career began at Xerox Corp as a Corporate Trainer, and formal education includes studies at Kent State University and The University of Akron.
