Ken is an Operating Partner at LFM Capital, where he focuses on working with LFM’s portfolio companies on executing operational initiatives. Ken brings to LFM Capital over 30 years of diversified construction and engineering experience with an emphasis on innovation, growth and transformation as well as establishing specifications, key performance criteria, and financial goals for a variety of operational initiatives.

Prior to joining LFM, Ken was with Caterpillar for 30 years, most recently serving as Vice President leading the Building Construction Products (BCP) Division, a global organization of over 6,800 employees responsible for designing, manufacturing and supporting Caterpillar’s line of small, versatile construction machines and work tools.

Prior to serving as Vice President at Caterpillar’s BCP Division, Ken was a General Components Manager for Caterpillar’s Component and Attachment business, where he managed global product engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing teams.

Ken’s career began at Caterpillar as an engineer. His additional roles at Caterpillar include engineering and progressive management roles in France, the United States, and China.

Ken received a BS in Agricultural Engineering from Iowa State University and an Executive MBA from Caterpillar’s Executive Leadership Program at Stanford University.
