Prashant Kumar

Prashant Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Prashant recently held the position of Deputy Managing Director at LG Energy Solution since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at LG Chem from 2015 to 2023, where they served as a Senior Manager in Energy Solutions and later as a Manager in Sales and Marketing for their Lithium Ion Battery division. Before joining LG Chem, Prashant worked at LX International (LG International Corp.) as a Senior Marketing Manager for Energy Storage Systems from 2012 to 2015. Prashant also has experience as a Senior Manager in Business Development at INNOVATIVE TECH PACK LIMITED from 2011 to 2012. Earlier in their career, Prashant worked as a Marketing Executive at Dee Tee International ltd from 2009 to 2010 and as an Assistant Marketing Manager and Product Developer at A.A Industries, a manufacturer of solar PV modules and solar lanterns, from 2006 to 2009. Prashant also gained internship experience at Reliance Energy and LG Electronics in 2005.

Prashant Kumar completed their education in two institutions. Prashant obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication with First Class Honours from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they pursued an MBA in Marketing from the University of Leicester from 2009 to 2010.
