Michael Levin

Michael Levin has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Michael is currently serving as the President of Multifamily Investments at LG Group, where they oversee the acquisition strategy for multifamily assets. Michael'sresponsibilities include sourcing and evaluating new acquisitions, procuring debt and equity, and executing strategic business plans. Prior to their current role, Michael worked as the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Orion Residential for 12 years, where they closed over $1.5 billion in transactions. Michael also has experience as an Associate / Loan Underwriter at CW Capital Investments LLC and as a Financial Analyst at Nomura Securities.

Michael Levin completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, Investment & Banking, and Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the years 2000-2004. Michael then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, Accounting, Strategic Management, & Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2009-2011.
