Cheryl Rizzi

Cheryl Rizzi is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leading HR functions across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at LG Electronics since March 2013, Cheryl acts as the primary HR contact for several technical client groups and collaborates closely with executives to address business challenges. Prior to LG Electronics, Cheryl was a Human Resources Business Partner at Oracle Corporation, where significant cultural change initiatives were successfully managed during Oracle's acquisition of Sun. Cheryl's career began at Sun Microsystems, where roles included Human Resources Advisor, HR Program Manager, and HR Business Partner, contributing to strategic HR initiatives and organizational development. Earlier experience includes managing HR solutions at Verity, Inc. Cheryl holds a B.S. in Human Resources from San José State University.
