Gene Cho serves as the Vice President of Product Strategy and Planning Division at LG Electronics, leading the company’s transformation into an innovative solutions leader in automotive electronics. With extensive experience in engineering and business development, Gene has successfully launched several cutting-edge infotainment systems, including the 2021 Cadillac Escalade’s premium cockpit system and the multi-carrier telematics module for autonomous vehicles. Prior experience includes senior roles at Intel Corporation and Microsoft, where Gene drove strategic initiatives in the automotive sector and mobile communications. An accomplished entrepreneur, Gene co-founded Ubitrotech, Inc. and Quartet Network Storage, Inc., delivering impactful products and services. Gene holds a BA in Economics and a BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
