Jungho Yeom has extensive experience in user experience research and design, currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at LG Electronics since September 2011, leading initiatives in AI Voice Innovation and conversational AI design. Prior to this role, Jungho contributed as a Graduate Student Researcher at the National University of Singapore, managing the "Place Oriented Embodied Media" project and engaging in user research through prototype development. Jungho's career began with a Research Assistant position at the NUS Interactive and Digital Media Institute. Jungho holds a Master of Arts in Architecture from the National University of Singapore and a combined BS/M.Arch from Sungkyunkwan University.
