Muhammad Samir

Muhammad Samir serves as the Senior Executive Director at LG Electronics, a position held since May 2023, where they focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and operational excellence in after-sales service. Previously, Muhammad held various leadership roles within LG Electronics, including Service Executive Director and Service Centers Senior Manager, and garnered experience as a Logistics Manager at Kandil Steel and a Quality Manager at Kandil Steel. Muhammad holds a Master's degree in International Business Administration from Paris ESLSCA Business School and a diploma in Total Quality Management from The American University in Cairo, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Suez Canal University.
