Steve Um

Steve Um is currently the D2C Service Planning team lead at LG Electronics, where they focus on digital product and e-commerce management. They have extensive experience in sales and marketing, previously holding positions such as Business & Product Director at LG UK and Export Sales Executive at Daewoo International Corporation. Steve's earlier roles also include managing overseas sales and marketing for LG Electronics in the digital TV and mobile divisions. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Korea University, where they continue their studies.
