Ryan Crouchman has a strong background in branding and design, with experience working at notable advertising and design companies in Canada. In 2009, they started their career as a Senior Designer at Concrete Design Communications, where they worked until 2013. During their time at Concrete Design Communications, Ryan honed their design skills and gained valuable experience. In 2013, they joined Leo Burnett as a Group Creative Director, leading the Design department. Ryan'sleadership and the team's hard work resulted in Leo Burnett being named ADCC Design Studio of the Year for three consecutive years. Ryan left Leo Burnett in 2018 and founded the Branding and Design department at LG2 Toronto, Canada's largest independent creative agency. Under their leadership as Partner, VP, ECD Design, LG2 Toronto's work received numerous prestigious awards, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, and the One Show. Additionally, Ryan is a Board Member at ADCC | The Advertising & Design Club of Canada since 2020.
Ryan Crouchman has pursued higher education in the field of design and fine arts. Ryan completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree at Concordia University. Following that, Ryan attended Central Saint Martins, University of The Arts London, where they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Communication Design.
