Tim Nelson

Tim Nelson is an experienced Linux/UNIX Administrator with a strong background in managing various operating systems and server environments. Currently serving at Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP, Tim administers AIX and Linux environments, alongside virtual machines in VMWare and Hyper-V. Previous roles include Systems Administrator at KBR, Inc. and repeated positions at Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP, where Tim managed over 200 RHEL and CentOS servers. With a career spanning over two decades, Tim has demonstrated expertise in AIX systems administration, server management, and IT consulting. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Management Information Systems from Augustana University and a Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies from Asbury Theological Seminary.
