Jon Byrd, CPA, possesses extensive experience in financial management and compliance, currently serving as the Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance Manager at LG&E and KU Energy LLC since December 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing the SOX compliance program and collaborating with auditors. Prior roles include Payroll Manager, managing multi-state payroll processes for over 3,500 employees, and Budget Analyst, assisting in capital expenditures forecasting and financial reporting. Prior to LG&E and KU Energy, Jon Byrd worked as a Staff Accountant at Isco Industries, Inc. and Tempur-Pedic, and as an Accountant at UnitedHealth Group, gaining a comprehensive background in accounting and financial analysis. Jon Byrd holds a Master of Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University and dual Bachelor degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Kentucky.
