Bas Swildens

Bas Swildens is the CEO of lgem | synalgae, where Bas oversees the production of patented photobioreactor solutions for algae growth. Bas is also a co-owner of Synergia Management Group and the owner of Ekomenu, a successful organic mealbox and online food retail company in the Netherlands and Belgium. In the past, Bas has served as the CEO of Willem&Drees and Roels Collection, as well as held various advisory and managerial positions at companies like Royal Ahrend, Compass Group, GBfoods, and Unilever. Bas Swildens holds a Master's degree in M&A + valuation from the University of Groningen Business School.
