Eugene Roebroeck

Eugene Roebroeck is currently serving as the Chief Science Officer at lgem | synalgae. Previously, Eugene held the position of CEO at LGem from 2006 to 2020. Prior to that, Eugene worked at NWO as a Programme Officer BioPartner from 2002 to 2005. Eugene also has experience as a Team Leader at Syngenta Mogen and as a Senior Scientist Plant Pathology at Wageningen plant research. Eugene Roebroeck obtained a Dr. degree in Molecular Plant Pathology from the University of Amsterdam in 2000 and a Drs. degree in Biology from Utrecht University in 1985.
