Tim McGavin

Tim McGavin is the Managing Director and Founder of Laguna Bay, an Australian institutional investment management firm specializing in agriculture and food sectors. As a third-generation farmer from Western Queensland, Tim combines extensive agricultural knowledge with institutional investor requirements to deliver superior returns. Tim has served as a Non-Executive Chairman of one of Australia’s largest carbon offset producers, and is involved in various roles including Foundation Member of the Superpower Institute and Advisory Group Member at the National Centre for Farmer Health. Tim's entrepreneurial journey began with an aerial mustering business in 1991 and the establishment of Jubilee Park Vineyards, which grew to be among Australia’s largest privately owned vineyards.
