Tom Williams

Tom Williams is currently a Fund Manager at LGIM Real Assets, overseeing a close-ended mixed sector Fund where they prepare business plans and implement asset management strategies. With experience in retail, office, and industrial markets, Tom has led significant projects such as the refurbishment of a shopping centre and enhancing an office's value through comprehensive renovations. Previously, Tom worked at Donaldsons from 2004 to 2007, focusing on portfolio valuation, and completed a graduate rotation at Chesterton International in 2003-2004. Tom holds an IPF Diploma in Real Estate from Henley Business School and a degree in Land Management from the University of Reading.
