Urs Halter

Urs Halter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and banking sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Experte at LGT Private Banking since July 2022, Urs has held key leadership roles at several prominent organizations including Inventx AG, where roles included Leiter Inventx Lab and Bereichsleiter Technology Services & Solutions, and Raiffeisen Gruppe, as Bereichsleiter IT-Architektur, Prozesse und Methodik. Previous positions include CIO at St. Galler Kantonalbank AG and Chief Information Technology Architect at Bank Julius Bär. Urs began a career at IBM Services as a System Engineer and progressively moved through roles at AGI IT Services AG, Swisscom IT Services, and other firms. Urs holds a Diplom-Ingenieurin in Elektrotechnik, Elektronik und Kommunikationstechnik from ETH Zürich and has further education from the University of St. Gallen.
