Markus Müller is currently a Partner and Head of Compliance at LGT Capital Partners Group, a position held since 2015. Previously, they served as Head of Asset Management and Custody at the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) from 2012 to 2015. Markus also held the role of Head of Compliance for Asset Management in Switzerland and Luxembourg at Credit Suisse from 2004 to 2012 and served as Deputy Head of Markets Supervision and Investigations at SWX Swiss Exchange from 1998 to 2004. Earlier in their career, they were an Authorized Officer in the Foreign Exchange Department at the Swiss National Bank from 1993 to 1998. Markus holds an Executive Program degree from the SFI Swiss Finance Institute, earned between 2007 and 2009.
