We have 24000 sq ft. Readymade garments (knits & woven) manufacturing unit with a capacity of 3 Lakhs pieces/month with 150 staff working, stitching machines lock over lock & lat lock, button holding & stitching, rib cutting , thread trimmer etc. of, The unit contains 7 cutting tables with, Automated Iron tables.

In the year 2015, Company launched its two residential Real Estate Projects 'Unimark Springfield' with 547 units and 'The Pyramid – India’s 1st Energy Homes' with 1000 units in Rajarhat, Kolkata. The First Phase is expected to be completed by end of year 2019.
