Ben Lake

Ben Lake has extensive experience in finance recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Finance Appointments specialist at LHH since March 2022, following the merger with Badenoch + Clark. Previously, Ben held a similar role at Badenoch + Clark UK, focusing on permanent placements for senior finance and internal audit professionals in Sussex, Surrey, and Kent from July 2014 to March 2022. Prior to that, Ben worked as a Senior Consultant in Finance & Audit at Lutine Bell, recruiting for the insurance and asset management sectors. Additional experience includes positions as a Finance Recruitment Consultant at Randstad Financial & Professional, a PQ Consultant at Hewitson Walker, and a Senior Consultant at Teaching Personnel.
