Caroline Conlon (Miller) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and business performance. Currently serving as the Regional Customer Success Manager for Lee Hecht Harrison since July 2019, Caroline previously held the position of Business Performance Advisor at Insperity from November 2017 to August 2018. In addition to those roles, Caroline gained valuable experience as an Executive Recruiter at CyberCoders for a brief period in 2016, and spent nearly 17 years at Verizon Wireless, progressing through various roles including Business Account Executive, Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Representative, and Customer Care. Caroline earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development from Boston College between 1995 and 1999.
