Cécile Dervillé

Cécile Dervillé is currently the Directrice de Projet RH at Lee Hecht Harrison, where they support companies in restructuring projects related to internal and external mobility across multiple sites. Prior to this role, Cécile worked as a Cheffe de Projet and Senior HR Consultant at Altedia from 2007 to 2012, and as a Senior HR Consultant at Ressources & Perspectives between 2000 and 2006. Cécile began their career as a HR Consultant at Quiel from 1995 to 2000. They hold multiple degrees in management, human resources, and linguistics from various institutions, including a Maitrise from Université Paris 13 and a DESS from Université Paris 8, and they are currently pursuing a DEUG in Psychology and Linguistics at Université Paris Cité.
