Chad Smith is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment and coaching. Currently serving as an Executive Recruiter at LHH since November 2021, Chad previously held a similar role at Parker and Lynch from October 2021 to March 2022. Additionally, Chad has been an MMA Wrestling Coach at JacksonWink MMA Academy since June 2014. Chad's military experience includes a position as a Sports/Conditioning Coach for the United States Air Force Pararescue from July 2017 to August 2019. Chad holds a degree from the University of Oregon.
