Chas Farthing

Chas Farthing is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and team leadership. Currently serving as the Outplacement, Redeployment and Mobility Team Leader at LHH since September 2024, Chas previously held the position of Global Client Partner at EZRA Coaching from April 2023 to September 2024. At SquareMeal, from July 2019 to June 2022, Chas led a team of business development executives, focusing on recruitment, training, and daily task oversight, and achieved promotion to Senior Business Development Executive in August 2021. Earlier roles include General Assistant at Wyevale Garden Centres and Checkout Assistant at Sainsbury's while pursuing academic studies. Chas holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological and Forensic Sciences from Coventry University, earned between 2015 and 2019.
