As an Executive Coach at Lee Hecht Harrison since September 2019 and President of Executive Search Group, Inc. since 1998, Cindy has successfully expanded service offerings and client growth within the Chicago market. Between May 2014 and May 2016, Cindy acted as a Vistage Chair, facilitating peer advisory boards for CEOs to foster leadership development amid dynamic business landscapes. Additionally, Cindy served as a Trusted Advisor for Vistage International from 2007 to 2011.
