David Voyle

David Voyle is currently the Director of Operational Excellence at LHH, where they lead complex global initiatives to drive excellence and efficiencies. With a background in RPO and talent solutions, David has specialized in operational excellence, focusing on enhancing client satisfaction and streamlining processes. Previously, they worked in various recruitment roles, including as an Implementation Project Manager at Hudson RPO and a Project Manager at Pontoon Solutions, where they spearheaded critical initiatives across Europe and Latin America. David holds a BA Hons degree from the University of Plymouth, obtained in 2004.
