Ginny Walker

Ginny Walker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in high-level consultancy, cultural transformation, and talent management. They served as a Professor at eClass from 2005 to 2020, where they developed programs in managerial skills, coaching, teamwork, and communication. As a Partner at Virtus Human Capital from 2010 to 2013, Ginny provided advisory services in cultural transformation and talent management. Currently, they are the Director of Learning & Development at LHH, focusing on leadership and advisory roles. Ginny holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad de Chile and is pursuing a Master's in Human Resource Management at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, alongside training as an Ontological Coach at Newfield Network.
