Greg Diven is the Owner of OCM-Lee Hecht Harrison, with a rich background encompassing roles as an instructional television writer, training and development director, career transition trainer/coach, business executive, and entrepreneur. Since 1995, Greg has managed office locations in Las Vegas, Reno, and Boise, overseeing career transition services in Nevada, Idaho, and Montana, while being a Global Partner since 1998. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources Development at Mrs. Fields Famous Brands from 1987 to 1990, where training and development initiatives were managed. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, a Master of Organizational Behavior, and a Master of Arts in English, all from Brigham Young University.
