Ines Temple serves as the President of LHH DBM Peru and LHH Chile, leading the companies to become market leaders in outplacement, executive coaching, talent development, and employability management. With over 85% market share in executive outplacement in Peru, LHH DBM has successfully assisted approximately 13,000 executives since its inception in 1993. In addition to these roles, Ines Temple holds various leadership positions including Presidente del Directorio at The Safe Storage Co., Director at APOYO Comunicación, AVP Ventures, Peruanos por Peruanos, and Empresarios por la Integridad, among others. Educational credentials include an MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, a BS in Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business, and executive programs from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
