Izzy Meffe

Izzy Meffe is an experienced professional in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as an Executive Recruiter at LHH since February 2025. Prior to this role, Izzy held positions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Information Technology Technical Recruiter at Insight Global from May 2021 to January 2025. Additionally, Izzy was involved with the University of Mississippi from August 2017 to May 2021 as Captain and Social Media Manager of the Division 1A dance team, The Ole Miss Rebelettes. In the summer of 2019, Izzy interned with HCA Healthcare, gaining valuable experience in the creative services department. Izzy earned a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications with a focus on Business Administration and Management from the University of Mississippi in May 2021.
