James Peck has extensive experience in recruitment and hospitality, beginning with various roles in restaurants and hotels in France and the U.K. Following this, James founded ILIKEICOOK, an online video recipe project, before managing a family horse racing business at Caledon Racing. In the recruitment sector, James served as a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page, followed by an Associate Director position at Morgan Philips Executive Search, where a profitable finance and marketing practice was established. As Director Corporate Practice and Senior Director at Badenoch + Clark, James expanded recruitment efforts across Western Switzerland, developing a substantial team. Currently, James holds the position of VP Switzerland at LHH Recruitment Solutions, overseeing operations across three offices and facilitating collaboration within the Adecco Group's various business units. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & International Hospitality Management from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne.
