Jay Moore

Jay Moore is a seasoned Enterprise Learning Strategist and Leadership Coach with extensive experience in global responsibilities at General Electric. As a former GE executive, Jay has held high-level positions including Chief Learning Officer and Global Learning Leader, where they spearheaded initiatives to enhance leadership development and cultural transformation across the organization. Currently, Jay serves as a Senior Advisor at LHH, an Industry Advisory Board member at EZRA Coaching, and the Principal Consultant at JFM Consulting LLC, while also contributing to advisory boards at Siena College and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Jay's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Siena University and dual master's degrees in Business Administration and eCommerce.
