Kate Holmes

Kate Holmes is an experienced Career Transition Coach at LHH Africa since December 2020, providing online coaching and virtual support to clients navigating their career paths. In addition to this role, Kate has been involved in operations at Blush + Blow London since September 2022. Previous positions include Dream Coach at AllLife, where internal life coaching was offered to employees, and Organisational Development Practitioner and Coach at Clientele Limited, focusing on training needs analysis and custom training program development. With an extensive background in recruitment and training coordination, Kate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Community and Health Psychology from the University of South Africa and has completed various certifications in coaching and development practices.
