Larry Pentis is a highly experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership and strategic development across the insurance and advisory sectors. Currently serving as the ICEO Practice Leader for the Western Region at Lee Hecht Harrison since February 2015, Larry also leads Diamond Peak Advisors as President, focusing on coaching individual leaders and executive teams to enhance performance. Larry holds extensive board experience, having served in various leadership roles, including Chairman for multiple insurance companies. Previously, Larry held CEO positions at Encharter Insurance and InsuraMatch, as well as President & CEO at GMAC Insurance. With a solid educational foundation that includes degrees from Harvard Business School, USC Gould School of Law, USC Marshall School of Business, and UC Santa Barbara, Larry combines legal, business, and tax expertise to drive organizational success.
