Lee Hubert

Lee Hubert is a seasoned leadership trainer, coach, facilitator, and speaker, currently serving as a Career Transition Consultant at LHH since April 2023. As the founder and Principal Consultant of iTrainManagersforSuccess, established in October 2015, Lee focuses on enhancing managerial skills and success. Previously, Lee held the position of Director of Human Resources at LewisGale Regional Medical Center from October 2011 to September 2015, providing senior management resources for HR and operational decisions. Additionally, Lee owned HR & Training Consultants LLC, a firm specializing in systems training, employee education, and change management, from May 2009 to October 2011. Prior experience includes serving as Employment Manager at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Lee holds an MBA in HR Management from Upper Iowa University and has a strong education background from State University of New York at Oswego and Marquette University.
