Lina

Lina Ma is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager for China at LHH since March 2023, focusing on talent acquisition, local training management, and employee benefits while participating in global HR projects. Prior to this role, Lina worked at Spring Professional as HRBP for Greater China from March 2017 to February 2023, where responsibilities included managing the employee entry and exit processes, training program planning, and overall HR operations. From January 2015 to March 2017, Lina served as an Administration Assistant at Ashurst, managing office services and vendor relationships. Earlier experience includes a sales position at Park Hyatt from February 2010 to January 2015. Lina Ma holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Resource Management from China University of Petroleum, Beijing.
