Lois Cooper has extensive experience in leadership roles focusing on corporate social responsibility, diversity, and employee relations. From 1998 to 2014, Lois held various executive positions at Adecco, culminating as VP of Corporate Social Responsibility & Inclusion, where responsibilities included managing diversity initiatives and employee relations for a large workforce. Since May 2015, Lois has been an Executive Coach at Lee Hecht Harrison and serves as Practice Leader for Human Capital Solutions at LMH Strategies, Inc., offering services that enhance organizational performance and employee engagement. As President and CEO of Lois M. Cooper Inc., Lois provides coaching and development in leadership and diversity. Lois holds a Bachelor of Arts from American University and an MBA from Baruch College.
