Lynette Beech is a dedicated professional in Career Development and Learning and Development, with extensive experience in both consulting and education. Lynette worked in various roles at organizations such as Hewlett-Packard, where they managed leadership programs, and as a Learning and Organisational Development Consultant in the Resources Sector. They have served as a Leadership Development Manager at Benetas and a Sessional Tutor at Swinburne University of Technology, imparting knowledge in Human Resource Development.
