Mark Brim

Mark Brim is an experienced executive with a diverse background in recruitment solutions and workforce services. Since June 2025, Mark has served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Recruitment Solutions at LHH, where leadership and growth strategies for various industries, including Engineering and Life Sciences, are prioritized. Previously, Mark held significant leadership roles at Aquent, including Senior Vice President of Aquent Services and President of the Aquent Permanent Search Practice, focusing on recruitment and managed services across multiple sectors. Additional experience includes serving as President of Vitamin T, Senior Director at Medix™, Vice President at OtterBase and Kforce, and Regional Director at Aerotek. Mark started as a professional athlete in the Canadian Football League with the BC Lions, complementing a solid educational foundation with coursework in Executive Leadership from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology & Engineering from Langston University.
