Marta Trybocka is an experienced executive consultant specializing in Sales & Marketing, E-commerce, Digital, and Retail recruitment. Currently serving at LHH since May 2025, Marta focuses on hiring for Specialist, Managerial, and C-level roles, as well as Executive Search recruitment. Previously, from May 2023 to April 2025, Marta worked at HRK S.A. as an Executive Consultant and Senior Consultant, managing end-to-end recruitment processes and advising clients on team restructuring. Marta's career began at Antal Poland as a Sales & Marketing Recruitment Consultant, where expertise in candidate sourcing and client relationship building was developed.
