Matilde Paz has extensive experience in business consulting, having served as a founding partner at Cervantes & Asoc. from March 1995 to December 2007 and later as General Director at MP Consultores Organizacionales from January 2008 to December 2016. In this role, Matilde Paz specialized in advising small and medium enterprises (PYMEs) on situational diagnosis and organizational design, demonstrating strong leadership and teamwork abilities. Matilde Paz has also contributed as a presenter for VISTAGE Argentina on leadership and team formation and held the position of Training Manager at ACARA from March 2016 to 2019, where responsibilities included curriculum development and client need analysis. Currently, Matilde Paz is the Talent Connect Head at LHH since June 2022 and continues to work as an independent professional. Educational qualifications include a master's degree in human resources management from Seneca College and an MBA in Management from the University of Kent, complemented by training as an Ontological Coach from the Centro Coaching Sistémico.
