Nancy Oakes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and executive roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Leadership Development Solutions at Lee Hecht Harrison since January 2014, Nancy has also contributed as Co-Chair of the Presidents Breakfast at The Ottawa Hospital Foundation from 2015 to 2017.
