Nic Beesley

Nic Beesley is the Managing Partner of LHH Gulf, where they lead initiatives in Career Transition, Executive Coaching, and Leadership Development. With extensive experience as a Chief Human Resources Officer in MENA and international markets, Nic has guided complex HR functions, including leadership development and talent management. Previously, they held senior HR positions at Matalan, GEMS Education, and Alshaya Group, where they oversaw large teams and contributed to business growth through effective people strategies. Nic's educational background includes studies at Manchester University in Social Sciences.
