Philippe Raffner

Philippe Raffner is currently the Directeur commercial comptes stratégiques at LHH, where they focus on anticipating economic changes and supporting organizations by placing human resources at the core of their strategies. Philippe has a rich background that includes roles such as Directeur des Marchés Spécialisés at Groupe Adecco France and Directeur du Développement Commercial at FONCIA. Prior to joining LHH, Philippe held various leadership positions in the hospitality and recruitment sectors, including Directeur de filiale at Temporest and Chef de cuisine at SHR / Compass. Philippe earned a Master Grande Ecole from Sup de Co Montpellier and completed the Adecco Leadership Program at IMD.
