Ron Rooth

Ron Rooth, RCC, is an accomplished executive and leadership development coach with extensive experience in coaching, consulting, and corporate training. As the owner of Rooth Coaching and Consulting, LLC since 2015, Ron specializes in executive coaching, career transition, and team facilitation. Additionally, Ron serves as a leadership development and executive coach at Lee Hecht Harrison and as faculty at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, delivering training on leadership and team building. Previous roles include Vice President and Executive Coach at Robinson Resource Group, Chief Executive Officer at Emmi Solutions, and Vice President and CFO at Exelon Enterprises. Ron Rooth holds a BS with High Honors in Accountancy from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
