Rona Cabochan is currently a Solutions Lead at LHH of the Adecco Group, where they design learning journeys to address leadership development challenges, supporting clients across diverse sectors such as pharmaceuticals, financial services, and technology. With a background as a Senior Consultant at Development Dimensions International from 2014 to 2022, Rona has extensive experience in leadership assessment and development. They previously held roles in human resources and teaching, including positions at GXS and Ateneo de Manila University, and earned a BS in Management from Ateneo de Manila University in 1998.
