Stefano Sedda

Stefano Sedda is an accomplished coach and consultant with extensive experience in executive and business coaching, currently serving as a Coach at Korn Ferry since August 2024. As the Founder of BAATS and an Ezra Coach since May 2020, Stefano has been instrumental in coaching and training high and middle managers at multinational firms through various roles at respected organizations such as Lee Hecht Harrison and the Energeticoaching and IAS Coaching and Compliance Academy, which Stefano co-founded. Previous leadership positions include HR Director roles at Ratp Dev, Meridiana Fly, Bluhotels Group, and Viaggi del Ventaglio, where Stefano led significant change management initiatives and HR strategies across diverse industries. Educationally, Stefano holds a Laurea in Civil Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova and has furthered expertise in Counseling Psychology and Coaching through various institutions.
