Steven Lodis

Steven Lodis is an experienced human resources executive and career coach with over 40 years in the field. Currently a Career Coach at LHH since 2024, Lodis assists individuals in preparing for various professional transitions. Previous roles include HR Leader at indieDwell, where Lodis led HR for a start-up focused on affordable housing, and Human Resources Consultant at Freedom Financial Network. Lodis has held senior HR positions at notable companies such as Avella Specialty Pharmacy and WebMD, where responsibilities included leading HR functions, redesigning recruitment and compensation processes, and improving employee benefits and training systems. Lodis has extensive experience in global HR management, having worked in various sectors including digital media at Corbis, aerospace at Honeywell, and manufacturing at Raytheon. Academic qualifications include a BS in Labor Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and executive management training from Duke University and the University of Chicago.
