Susan Bateman

Susan Bateman is a highly skilled Sr. Engagement Specialist at LHH, where since May 2013, the focus has been on assisting individuals in navigating career transitions by providing guidance on job searches, entrepreneurship, and retirement planning. With previous experience as an Engagement Specialist for the Southeast Region at LHH, Susan coordinated comprehensive career transition services to help clients develop effective career strategies. Prior to LHH, Susan served as a teacher at Leander ISD and Whitesboro ISD, creating lesson plans aligned with Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills, and enhancing students' academic skills. Earlier work experience includes Customer Service Management at Boral Bricks, where Susan ensured customer satisfaction through effective management and resolution of issues. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas Woman's University.
