Prior to this role, Susan was a Senior Consultant, offering career transition coaching across various industries. Before joining Lee Hecht Harrison, Susan held the position of Senior Vice President at Barclays Capital for a brief period following the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy. During a 20-year tenure at Lehman Brothers, Susan served as Senior Vice President and Head of Professional Recruiting, leading global talent acquisition initiatives. Susan holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BA in English Literature from Mount Holyoke College.
